If we don't secure an approved tenant within 21 days of the agreed strategy, we'll credit one month of management fees.
If an approved tenant leaves due to tenant-related issues within six months, we'll re-let your property at no extra cost.
If the tenancy reaches Tribunal because of a tenant we approved, we'll cover the relevant Tribunal application and our attendance or representation.
When maintenance is reported or identified, we'll acknowledge, assess and update you within one business day.
We complete your annual rent review and provide a written recommendation every 12 months.
